National stakeholders in Jordan propose solutions, call for more support of green and social entrepreneurs to build a green economy
AMMAN —More than 100 stakeholders gathered on 27 April for the SwitchMed Synergy Workshop devoted to “Green entrepreneurs and grassroots ecological and social innovations: agents of change towards a green economy in Jordan”, organized jointly by Jordan’s Ministry of Environment and the UN Environment/MAP Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP/RAC).

SCP/RAC is enabling implementation of sustainable consumption and production and eco-innovation in Montenegro
In the framework of the National Strategy on Sustainable Development of Montenegro, SCP/RAC has been invited by The Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism to showcase the Mediterranean SCP Action Plan and activities implementing SCP and eco-innovation developed under the SwitchMed programme . During the roundtable working groups have elaborated some recommendations for SCP implementation in different sectors including tourism, Construction, food processing, fishery and processing industries.
