The World Creativity and Innovation Day/Week aims at reminding and encouraging people to use their creativity to make the world a better place and to make their place in the world better too.

On April 27, 2017, the United Nations resolved to include World Creativity and Innovation Day, April 21 as a Day of Observance to encourage people to use creativity in problem-solving for all issues related to achieving the 2015 Sustainable Development Goals. 2018 marks the first year the UN will observe WCID.

In this context, knowing that it is crucial to harmonize three core elements: economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection, in order to achieve sustainable development goal 12, SwitchMed has been implementing many activities including supporting Green entrepreneurship and eco-innovation in the Mediterranean.

In this month of creativity, SwitchMed is glad to introduce you to some of its incubated Green Entrepreneurs upholding the concept of eco-innovation, with the highest degree of novelty highlighting nexus among green business, new ideas and knowledge sharing.
